This hard hat is the shiznit. I mean you forget you’re wearing it. It’s so light and the vent holes make it even easier to wear all day. I work 12 to 16 hour shifts and I love it.

The leather strap has amazing craftsmanship, the comfort and adjustability is great, I have a larger sized head I would say and this helmet fits amazing. Everybody at work thinks I look like a special boy on a bicycle. Don’t care. I have to wear an ANSI rated hard hat at work and this helmet is comfortable. I can’t stress it enough. I would like to have given this helmet five stars, but I do not like the fact that the chinstrap is permanently mounted which you will find in other reviews as well. It is very comfortable but I do not always need the chinstrap, and when left dangling it gets caught on things which makes it less safe to wear in the first place. With that being said I do not think there is a better helmet available on the market. It may seem pricey but you truly get what you pay for. I was doing a crane pick. And person didnt rig a pallet jack correctly while it was coming down the handle sprung back and smoked me in top of my forehead. Nothing cracked even the visor. The only problem I have is the velcro comes apart after many many sweaty and cold days. I have had it for two years.
