• The RA4 system includes (2) 1/2HP, 120V compressors and 4 diffuser heads. It is designed to provide efficient aeration for various applications. The system is housed in the RobustAire Medium Cabinet and features AireGuard Cabinet Technology. Please note that tubing is not included with this package, and it will need to be purchased separately.
• The Medium Compressor Cabinet features externally mounted valves and filter maintenance indicators for easy status checks. The cabinet arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate installation and offers a sleek new look with a paint color that seamlessly blends with the environment.
• AireGuard Cabinet Technology uses a new approach to airflow to enhance the performance of compressor motors. Powerful fans pull clean air through the compressor, allowing the compressor to stay much cooler. These increased filtration and cooling abilities allow systems to withstand wind, heat, rain, and dust. As a result, the overall efficiency and lifespan of the systems are greatly improved, enabling them to operate for extended periods of time.
• RobustAire Diffused Aeration is a beneficial mixing system for ponds and lakes. A shore-mounted compressor pushes air through self-weighted lines to a dual-loop diffuser at the bottom of the pond or lake. The diffuser then continuously releases micro-bubbles that rise to the surface, carrying large volumes of water. This mixing process increases oxygen transfer which improves water quality, eiminates thermal and chemical stratification, expands fish habitats, decreases muck, and much more.
• The dual-loop diffuser and Medium Compressor Cabinet are backed by a lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term performance and reliability. The compressor motor is covered by a warranty for 3 years, providing reliable operation and the piston cups and cylinder of the compressor are covered by a warranty for 2 years.
