I have seen negative review but used with Mia Secret Monomer and added 3 to 4 drops and it worked great! Did it completely cover the smell entirely? No, but I don't think there is any product that would dissolve the Monomer smell without breaking down the Monomer. In my experience I would say the drops reduced the smell about 75%. This bottle will last a long time but will definately reorder when needed.

I only did four stars for now because I haven’t used it now but I’m already thoroughly impressed. People on here weren’t joking when they said they could smell it before opening. The bottle was NOT broken, sealed tight in a bubble wrap pouch, and sealed up INSIDE the Amazon box and I still smelled that sweet cherry before opening the box, just a little. I thought it broke. But when I opened the box I was happily smacked in the face with a strong cherry scent and still to my shock, there was no spill or broken/cracked glass. I put it in my nail room and was able to smell it from the next room over for a little bit. If this can do all that, then I can’t see it not working to mask the smell of monomer at least a little. Now I just need to make sure it won’t change the color. I’ll do a nail swatch with clear acrylic but so far I absolutely love this! UPDATE!!! Ok so I used it and it does exactly what it said it would. It did not smell like I was in a cherry field but it took away the monomer smell by probably 90%. I also use an air purifier because monomer gives me migraines. I did get a small headache but it was raining that day so I was probably going to get one regardless. The only thing I don’t like is that it does change the performance of the acrylic. Took a very long time to dry completely. It came with no directions but I put close to 10 drops in. Next time I will try a lot less. I swatched several colors and it only altered my clear, which I did first. Has a slight tint but again, I put a lot of drops in. I’m not a beginner but this would definitely be good for one because it takes longer to dry, which means they have more time to perfect their work. All in all, I would highly recommend this product. Just put the hand in front of a fan while working on the other one, if doing someone else’s nails

First, this bottle comes alone in a plastic baggie. No box, no instructions. Second, be aware that these drops, and any like it, will lengthen the time it takes the acrylic to harden. Just fyi. Third, it absolutely matters what monomer you use this with. I used it with a cheap brand I got in a cheap kit and it made the smell even louder. It had a pleasant cherry smell on top of it, but it was all throughout the house. I was in a well ventilated room, with an air purifier and all windows open. When I used it without the drops it wasn’t as loud. It’s slightly better with a better quality monomer, but not enough for this product to be worth the trouble. It’s like it made the smell slightly better, but bigger at the same time. I don’t recommend it.

I think I was using it wrong for a while because I was using about 3-4 drops in my small dappen dish. However today it was too hot to go outside to keep everyone from crying about the smell inside, so I said I would use a full syringe. I used it and it smells amazing in my room. I can’t even smell the monomer. Although it still has a slight smell to everyone else. But I could find directions on how to use it. So for me I use one full dropler of it in a small dappen dish. I will forever get this to keep the smell under control. It does make the acrylic set slower but I’m ok with that. I totally recommend
