I absolutely love these markers, hands down best watercolor brush markers on the market. The set contains 60 2.4 ml liquid markers and 3 blenders and the ink is vivid. The set comes in a nice storage box. The brush on these are fantastic for brush lettering or artwork. I tested blending them with water and a brush, using the included blender pens and nib to nib. Hands down the best method of blending is with water and a paintbrush, they blend like a dream in the same way traditional watercolors blend. Blending with the blender was a bit streaky and actually changed some if the colors drastically so I really suggest you test blending prior to doing it on final artwork. Blending by touching nib to nib was decent but still not as great as just with water. The markers are incredibly juicy and the clear barrels let you see how much ink is left. These are best used on hot press watercolor paper which is really smooth (cold press is textured and will damage your brush), I prefer Arches Hot press watercolor but any brand of hot press will do. When storing these I suggest you store in the box provided with the tips upward to prevent any leakage since they are so wet with the box closed. Do keep them in away from direct light and heat. If you like "real brush markers" you will love these, and for less than $2 a marker these are a better value than other branded watercolor brushes on the market.

10/10 i purchased these back in 2019 its now 7 years later i shelved them only used them maybe a couple times and left them in the box on a high shelf since. Pulled them out tonight just to remind myself of how color write and i was blown away. Still so vibrant and smooth glides onto paper so nice and they blend like a dream. They are worth the $

These are super fun markers. Great for lettering. I’m still learning how to blend and color with them, but the colors are vibrant and “juicy” - they are well made and feel nice in my hands. The lids snap nicely back on the markers and the brush tip is crisp and bouncy. I only tried using them on marker paper and Tomoe River because I’m afraid to fray the tips, but everywhere I read about them people say it’s ok to use on mixed media or water color paper. These are probably the best water-based markers you’ll find in this price range.

Must have for any artist who loves lettering or brush markers. They are super juicy, stay wet a long time on the paper, so you must let them dry before erasing pencil lines. They are GORGEOUS. Your set will last a long time as well. The tips last a long time too. I'm so happy with my set, I bought another but haven't touched it yet! Now I want the acrylic set. Karin Markers are just the best.

I've had these markers for several years now, and I LOVE them! They're so juicy, richly colorful, and seem to last a long time. Unlike other markers that dry out or have the tips get frayed, these markers have stayed juicy and I expect they will continue to do so until I use up all the ink in the barrels. The only drawback I can say, is that since they are super juicy, they do bleed through some papers, so just keep that in mind when choosing what paper to use them on. Just recently, I've been using them in my 100 Days of Grace & Gratitude journal (pictured), and they do bleed through those pages just a bit. But otherwise they work great!

I ordered a brand-new box of the Karin Megabox Brush Marker Pro Water-Based Brush Pens. I draw about 16 sketches a day and I like to fill them in and finish them in markers. I used the new marker pack that I ordered but I was disturbed that out of the pack at least- 7-10 of the lighter colors of the markers were already super dry. I paid $130.00 for the markers and thought they would last, be juicy and provide sustainable vivid color for a long time. I wanted to make an investment in the markers and just wondered does this usually happen regarding the markers? The darker colors that work are juicy and leave pretty color and they are nice; they do not bleed through or streak on my marker paper. They colors are bright and easy to layer with and while they were so saturated they could peel a bit of my marker paper because I was thinner, they did not peel or streak.
