I purchased this item in January 2019 and used 3 times. I just want to power it up with the cold weather and the battery will only charge to about 65%. When I go to use it I get 2 read dots showing 65% power or so. It very quickly goes down to one red dot which is about 35% our before I really start using it all. The battery did not last even one year. I would like to know is there a replacement battery for this unit.

Worked well for one Winter. After sitting in a drawer for the Summer I plugged it in and nothing happened - but I left it plugged in and after a couple hours the lights lit up so I left it overnight. It's not lasting nearly as long as it did last year, though. It doesn't seem to be holding a charge. The seller is sending me a new one (2 year warranty), so we'll see if the new one is any better.

They work great. I bought 2 for a retired friend who now works as a school crossing guard. This is Wisconsin and this year we had record cold of 30 BELOW ZERO. The heat up very fast and last a long time. I know because I bought myself one. I like the fast they can be turned off as well as on so they last an entire shopping trip. Easy to recharge. Turn off when inside. Much better than the old chemical ones which were either a single use or needed to be rechaged in hot water or a microwave.

I suffer from cold hands in any temperature below 50 degrees. This fun gadget warmed my hands up quickly. It also comes with a carrying case and charging supplies. The charge was very efficient. It does get pretty hot. I would be careful with it around kids. The color is pretty as well.

Bought a couple for mom and friend b/c they’re always cold. Friend’s works great. Mom’s wouldn’t charge. It was replaced quickly. While I ordered same item in different colors, they weren’t exactly the same. The designs were slightly different. Nonetheless, the replacement for mom’s works as good as the one for her friend. Mom uses it to warm hands and for a spot on her lower back. Both are very happy with these.

I liked the idea of this, but when I ran with it this morning, switching it from hand to hand, it never got very warm, not even on the highest setting. I see others saying it can get too hot, but that was not my experience. Returning it.

We have several pairs of these hand warmers and they have been great to keep in pockets to keep hands warm in winter. Take them into bed at night to keep you feeling warm under the covers. They last all day if you keep them in pockets on low. Extra ones on charge, means you can have replacements ready when the current ones need to be recharged. What a great invention!

OMG, these are awesome! My hands got frost bitten when I was a kid, and even the most expensive gloves/mittens can’t keep my fingers from getting cold sometimes (I live in Fairbanks, Alaska). Now I just pop these hand warmers in my gloves (I bought two, one for each hand) and my hands stay toasty. A resesign would be nice though, as the on/off/heat level button is very easy to hit. But these are great!
