It stated that it was for vinyl siding however, it did not state it was not for the kind of vinyl siding we have until we got the product and read the instructions. We were able to make it work but was kind of taken back when we read it was not for the kind of siding we have.

Perfect siding mount for my Ring 2 doorbell. It was easy to mount to the siding and attach the doorbell too. It does not block the motion detection of the camera.

When I first got the ring doorbell I thought I would have to cut the siding so it would sit flat. After some research I found this Siding mount, glad I found it. Worked perfect on my 4" siding and looks great.

Product was too wide for the ring doorbell. Didn’t include the faceplate shown in the instructions. Screws provided too small to truly hold the mount in place if someone really tried to remove it. Can’t use it, totally dissatisfied.
