I had the older model from a few years ago. It eventually ended up in the trash. I never replaced it until I wanted to do a lil shower stage performance the other night - iykyk and the Bluetooth I had sucked!! I then replaced it and the light bulb in my mind went off!! In the search bar my mind said “Karoke machine” .. duhhh , I need a karaoke machine and that’s when I ran into this golden child! Not only did I get it “Like new” for $16 .. once it arrived .. it arrived BRAND NEW! Saved myself $30 lol .. it took me 5 minutes to figure out why someone would return it .. they didn’t read the instructions (they were unopened) on how to connect to Bluetooth? Cause we most definitely was in the same boat lol. I didn’t want to open the instructions just in case I was going to return it but I finally figured it out on my own! I still need to figure out why it goes to Bluetooth once I hit the light button and Bluetooth has its own button. I only played with it for about 2 minutes once I got it on but best believe I told my boyfriend on the mic before turning it off . “Prepare to be sicka me” 😆!! My family likes to host occasional karaoke get-togethers and this is a nice machine for it. The unit gets decent sound, though it could be louder as straining and feedback issues arise if the volume dial is set past the half-way mark and the echo is high as well. It helps that we bought more robust mics to use with it, so we don't have to turn the volume dial up quite as much. (The machine comes with 1 mic, but it is not very loud at all. ) As far as playing music - the traditional CD+G feature works great. However, since most things are digital these days, we rarely play CD+Gs. With this model, you have the ability to operate the machine using your tablet or phone. My family, actually, has the unit hooked up to our TV, and hook our TV up to a laptop/tablet that we use to manage and stream karaoke music (which sounds so much better playing on our TV's sound system). The unit acts more like a voice amplifier in this instance with ambient lighting. Seriously, the disco lighting feature is so fun! In closing, this is a nice karaoke machine and would be a great addition to any party!

Just like other reviews, my daughter’s karaoke machine was working fine for 5 months or so, and then the sound quit working. The microphone would not make a sound. We thought it was the power cord, so we replaced the power cord. After talking with customer service, we decided to return the first cord replacement and try another. The same issue persists. Customer service was nice to talk to, but because of the product being out of warranty, we will not be able to get it replaced. I believe this company knows about the power cord issue and that is why they only offer a 90 day replacement. I wouldn’t buy any of their products anymore. $50 for something that lasted only 7-8 times of play.

I ordered it because I wanted a white one and I liked the lights. Totally worth the money. I purchased a second microphone for $10. It doesn't go really loud but it works great for any house. The lights are a blast, too. It really makes a wonderful atmosphere. It works great with Bluetooth.
