If you want to spend a lot of money on a piece of garbage that works for less than a year give serious consideration to anything singmood sells. Oh then try to find singmood…they make nothing but the label. You can’t get parts you can’t get support all you get from singmood and amazon is days and days of delay excuses and ultimately still a useless piece of garbage that you pay hard earned money for. That they want you to pay the shipping cost of parts for if they ca figure out which parts they should send you…again they make nothing but the label so the don’t even know what parts to send you if you are lucky enough to get them to take any action at all.

The cordless microphones battery doesn't last as long as I would like, and the karaoke unit definitely does not last long at all if you want to take it somewhere where there's no electrical outlets. Maybe I got a bad one but when it's fully charged and I unplug it and take it somewhere else it only lasts about 25 or 30 minutes. If it wasn't for that I would give it five stars. The volume is pretty decent

We’ve had a blast with this karaoke machine. The screen is clear and bright, and it connects to Bluetooth without any problems. Sound quality is surprisingly loud and crisp. Great for parties, family nights, or even solo jam sessions. Battery lasts long too!

I have had this for 3 months, and the positives: It delivers with regards to powerful sound, and the microphones have worked well - there's no latency at all. It's pretty easy to use - I did have to update the Youtube app, but that's pretty straightforward (just like adding an app to your phone or tablet). However, the microphone batteries do recharge - they just don't recharge by plugging it in with a USB Cable (which there is a port in the base of the hand microphone). I had to do a workaround where I bought a battery charger (about $20), and then just take out the battery out of the microphone and charge it that way, which achieves the result, but not optimal. I found out this solution only by going to the Singmood facebook company page, and asking for help on the battery - thankfully another user suggested that idea. I tried emailing the company directly using the email address in their instruction manual - no response at all. While the touch tablet is simple - unfortunately, the touch response is very laggy. Also, when I turn it on, it sometimes has difficulty connecting to the wifi, so I manually have to re-add the router. Again, it's an extra 2 steps, but given the high cost of it, I expect better. I pretty much keep it charged up and have put in 1 hour with no problem. However, I haven't gone out into a non-electrical area and tested how long it will go. All in all it's fine, and it delivers sound and the microphone quality is good. However, I'm not pleased with the janky tablet, as well as the non-charging microphones - and that I've never heard back from their customer support. At this point, I'm just accepting if that there's a part that malfunctions, I've got a big ol' paperweight.
