Why did you pick this product vs others?: Looks good, however one jar was broken and the box didn’t have any markings on it that said glass. I’m sure that would have resulted in better handling

The package arrived with 3 completely broken jars. Several of them were missing the lids, and the glass itself seems to be really cheap and thin. I was inspecting the glass to see if the rest were salvageable but most of them looked like they had fractures along the base of the jar. Id say this is a shipping company problem, except for the fact that several jars also came with liquid in them? They were supposed to be brand new but it definitely didn't seem that way. I thought of returning them and asking for replacements, but after finding the jars with liquid in them, I cant say I trust anything I receive at this point. ... show more

The items received safe without any damages. It was package professionally. In addition to being shipped in the the United States, it was further shipped to the Caribbean and everyone of them got the without any damages.
