The pump is too small and even after assembly according to the limited instructions it leaks. Definitely wouldn't have this inside my house. Sorry but I have to return this .....

I had to reassemble because the last step of the assembly process I realized that the flow was controlled my the vertical connecting pipes. To avoid confusion, I used a black market to label the open/closed pipe then reassembled. The PVC pipe holds together with a tolerance fit and doesn't leak because the system isnt under pressure. I didnt use any of the included teflon tape and had no leaks. The pipes must be level to get water to distribute and drain properly or you will flood the lower side and not get water to the high side. The water flows at about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch depth and the starter sponges pick the water up perfectly. I will update pictures once I get the fast growers putting out folliage.
