I’ve gone through a lot of polarized sunglasses over the years for driving and fishing, so I know what to expect. These KALIYADI ones were a total letdown right out of the box. First off, the “polarized” claim is basically false. I tested them the usual way with my phone screen, and nothing happened. When I wore them driving, glare from the road and other cars was still super bright, which made it harder to see clearly. My eyes even felt strained after just an hour outside, like there’s barely any UV protection at all. The build quality is cheap too. The plastic frame feels thin and flimsy, and the arms dig into my temples after a short while. They kept sliding down my nose even when I wasn’t sweating, and the hinges feel loose, like they’ll break soon. They also don’t fit right for my face. The lenses sit low and create a weird blind spot when I look up, which is annoying when driving. They don’t block light from the sides either, so I still end up squinting. For the price, these are not worth it at all. You can get way better polarized sunglasses for the same money. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone looking for actual sun protection or comfort. I won’t be buying from this brand again.
