UPDATE- After my review I received a call from a representative and he stated they never received my email. The MINOR issue has been resolved and my freezer is happily cooling again. The customer service was fantastic and the representative has called SEVERAL times to ensure the freezer is still working! Great customer care! I would HIGHLY recommend the purchase of this item. This freezer worked for about a year, then the problems started. The parts can not be found to fix it. My repair man said they must be out of business. I would not buy this!

Even though some damage occurred in the freight process and not the companies fault, they were quick to find a resolution that worked for both of us without having to replace unit. It has only been a week and more time will tell as to dependability over a long period of time. However, so far unit was delivered on time- works as described- Cooled to freezing temps quick -and looks GREAT in the front where no damage had been done. I WOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PS- FREIGHT COMPANY GETS 3 STARS ... show more
