I've done about 200 reps at basis difficulty levels. The equipment is great. One flaw, however... when I turn dial to a certain level... the number shifts on its own towards the right pretty noticeably. As in, if I go to level 13, and set it dead center... with in 15-20 reps it will have shifted so that I can no longer see the "3". Which makes me question how accurate it's being.

I had injured my back and shoulder and needed something to keep my muscles from atrophying. I was using OT resistance bands, but this exerciser is a lot more convenient and comfortable. I can just crank out a set of reps while I'm watching TV or just walking around the house. The convenience is key. It's easy to grab and use with no setup or preparation required. It worked straight out of the box. No assembly required.

Keeping up with chest day! this device is better than expected! this is is a heavy duty device excellent to do chest day at home not only keep us in shape but is also super fun to use! this is built very very strongly ! the material Carbon Steel! it helps exercise chest, abdominals, back, arms and more! the levels can be adjusted gradually depending on how much you feel like pushing, repetitions plans, etc. This exercise devices is simple to use, the handles are anti slip and it has lots of stability!

I like the part that you can adjust the power level - the red latch is tight and was a times a little awkward to unlatch & latch. After doing it a few times I found that if I would put one handle against my chest so I could push the handles together with one hand and use my other hand to release or latch the red latch without much effort. I now consider latching and unlatching it is a part of my workout. I keep upping the level and you can diffidently tell a difference in the power settings.
