The media could not be loaded. The massage is great. I had to place a quilt in the chair for a more gentle massage. As I grew accustomed to the massage, I removed the quilt. You can always make the massage gentler but you can't increase the vigorous side. This chair will please the deep tissue massage lovers! The fore arm, calf and shoulders are massaged using the airbags. The calf rollers do not move up and down, they extend out. The foot massage is to die for! I again softened it with cloth so it's perfect for me. The chair will continuously massage for 60 minutes. 30 minutes is my favorite. You do not have to set the length each time, it remembers your set time. I have had the chair for a month and still have not used all the programs. The program's are great. Just select the program, adjust the shoulder height, foot length adjusts, and you are enjoying a massage. Highly recommend! Amazon delivery was great. You are provided the shipper information, I called them and they set up an appointment. The chair was brought into my home by the shipper. My husband and I unboxed the chair. It has wheels on the back so it can be tipped back to move it. It fits nicely on a 3' by 5' carpet. Love it! ... show more

Does anyone know how to get a hold of technical support for a Kahuna? Ours is malfunctioning but no one answers the 855 number. It just says no one is available to take your call and then it hangs up. Very frustrating.
