Chair delivery was delayed which lead to heighten expectations once arrived. Chair basically is assembled, just the footrest needs two screws tightened. First I was a bit disappointed when sitting in the chair as only the air bags activated. Took a few mins to understand the controls. There are many preprogrammed massages that have mixed reviews in our home. Entire family has really enjoyed the chair. You can change the back massage mode while using a preprogrammed massage to allow very customized feel. The chair is a bit narrower then expected. I'm 5'9" 220 and fit ... comfortably. The calf massage is almost useless, as the angle of the chair to foot rest does not always allow calf to be positioned for comfort. All in all the back rollers in this chair are the real star. When we evaluated chairs the 4D massage was most important. This chair did not disappoint with the deep tissue massage options. My wife has spinal arthritis and this chair is saving money vs going to live massage once a week. This has helped her fall asleep in the evenings. The LM9100 came fully assembled and was quickly delivered within a week. After I removed the crate and packing material a friend and I rolled it from the garage down the sidewalk and through the front door into my living room where it sits today. I was pleasantly surprised how well it fits in and looks. I was anxious to use it and have been familiarizing myself with the various options it offers. The auto massages are very intense but easily adjusted. But once adjusted the different auto massages are very comforting. I am about 6'1" and 190# and it reaches from my neck to my gluten. I'm still trying out different massage techniques but I'm really enjoying the Bluetooth option so I can relax and listen to ambient music. This chair will become a daily routine after workouts or before going to sleep. I might have been better off going with the larger SL line because of my height but I liked the features of the LM9100 and I'm very satisfied. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chair is allot smaller than the pictures! Only having this chair one day I’m enjoying the massage but it did start squeaking already which concerns me. I had a massage chair for 20 years it was sturdy! This such air is super narrow! If your tall like us the leg part sucks it pushes your knees up hurting our injured knees! The extension is manual and done by pushing your legs! For a higher end chair I should get electric leg extension! I’m not enjoying seeing my chair looked used or knocked around in box! Has a dent on side and back part looks warped from box or heat! The massage feels good and the chair leathers isn’t cheap feeling like others. Easy to use as well. I bought a real relax back in few years ago; this one is way better; and it’s definitely worthy for its price. It needs two movers if you need to move it upstairs; otherwise not too hard to relocate in the same floor. The only downside is the foot rollers can be painful at some point, I just stop it. Which brings a very important handy feature of this chair, you can individually control the strength of each massage actions. I love it ... show more
