It's exactly as advertised. I don't intend to use it to keep anyone out so ill keep the keys on top of it and not use the pinpad. I got this because my guns were starting to rust sitting in the open so now i put them in the safe with a dehydrator to keep everything in the safe nice and dry. It was just barely big enough to put my 2 pistols and a highpoint 9mm carbine (rifle) and tokarev 12 gauge shotgun, both long guns have to be at a particular angle to close the door but it works. Very happy with it and the price was good. Seems like good quality, the appearance is nice, it's heavy but light enough to be portable. No installation was necessary, it fits perfectly between a shelf and wall.

Is this a sturdy safe that would keep bandits and no gooders out for more than 30 minutes, no. Will it keep firearms safe away from kids and villainous cousins, yes. It's a small gun cabinet, the keypad works well, 2 fail-safes are included, key and battery pack. I've verified both work well. I can safely fit 3 rifles and 2 pistols in this, although it's tight. If you have anything scoped...this is gonna be tight. I have to turn 2 of them sideways and it fits, although that's not why I bought this. This safe works best for holding a 12g a lever action and a pistol. It's meant for quick access to home defense firearms not for storage of your big game rifles. The biggest issue I have is the pocket on the door for the pistol. I'm not sure what they think fits in the put even a g17 with the mag out and it protrudes into the door which means you have to gently move it to close the door. I got this for $100 ish on a sale. I don't regret it as for what it's worth it does well. I wouldn't use it for pricier firearms or anything like that, but for home defense weapons it's great at being easy to access and keeping firearms safely locked away from curious eyes.

I've been hunting for a small stand up gun safe for a while and I'm really glad I purchased this one. I have a shotgun, a 22 rifle with scope, a 9mm, and one 32 revolver, plus some ammo. I also have 4 young kids and needed some additional safety as they are growing and getting more curious. The packaging was superb. It was double boxed with metal corners for support, and the nice foam that doesn't fall to pieces. They had inserted some padding in the door to keep things from scratching, and the mirror finish on the door key cover was double protected. You'd definitely need to bolt this to the wall if you are on carpet. It may sit up better on a hard floor, but since it's so tall and skinny I'd bolt it anyway. The backup key door also comes with a plug to supply power (the little battery pack is included) in case the internal batteries die. The handle and door operate very smoothly and feel extremely solid. The inside padding and structure for holding the guns is high quality, and it's nice to have a little shelf and pocket for a gun on the door. The instructions are well written too, which for some reason is hard to come by these days :)

Any scoped rifles will not fit with the guide inserts installed. Additionally, this safe doesn't use a standard safe lock cutout, so you can't replace the electronic pad with a standard physical dial. Mine also came with the keyhole being improperly mounted so it's not flush with the door. Not unfixable since the door card comes out with 3 screws, but annoying. You get what you pay for. It was cheap and the dimensions were right for what I needed.

The product arrived exactly as described and was delivered via FedEx in a timely manner (arrived 5 days earlier than Amazon's estimate which is always greatly appreciated). The safe can comfortably accommodate two to three long guns (depending on if you have it equipped with accessories such as sights and grips), a couple of handguns, and several boxes of ammunition. Setup was straightforward, including programming the combination, and wall mounting was simple. Because of the weight distribution, wall mounting is essential. When not mounted, opening the door causes the unit to become unbalanced and tip forward, so proper installation is necessary. It is worth noting that the safe itself is relatively "lightweight". While it would not deter a determined intruder with the proper tools, it is very effective for its intended purpose, keeping firearms secure and inaccessible to children in the home. Overall, it does exactly what it is designed to do. It keeps firearms secure, easily accessible when needed, and has a clean, unobtrusive appearance.

Pictures are somewhat misleading. This "safe" will not accommodate even a single AR-15 with both the magazine and optic installed. Having to remove components significantly reduces its usefulness for quick access in an emergency. Additionally, the door can be removed very easily once opened—simply lifting it off the hinges. The included handgun pouch is also impractical; I was unable to close the door with my Hellcat stored in it. I also discovered that if the safe is tipped onto its side, the locking bolt can retract, which raises concerns about security. On the positive side, it does look nice and appears well-finished. However, the storage capacity and security features do not match my expectations based on the product photos and description.

I recently picked up this safe and overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s solid, secure, and has enough space to organize rifles, handguns, ammo, and even documents or valuables. The adjustable shelves and built-in rifle racks make it super versatile. The digital keypad is quick and easy to use, plus it comes with backup keys just in case. It’s definitely heavy (which is a good thing for security), but still manageable to set up. I can bolt it to a wall to keep it stable since it's a bit narrow. I also like the little extras—like the interior light and alarm system if someone messes with it. Great for keeping things safe from kids or snoopers, it does the job really well.
