- Celsius/Fahrenheit Temperature unit switching: 1. Turn on the box. 2. Press and hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds until a "beep" sound is heard. 3. Use the up and down keys to adjust C/F (C stands for Celsius, F stands for Fahrenheit). 4. Press and hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds. After the setting is completed (the C/F indicator light on the instrument panel lights up to indicate the corresponding C/F temperature unit)
- Heating temperature and heating time settings: 1. Press the SET button. Display SP 2. Press the up increase temperature and down Reduce the temperature 3. Press the SET button again. Set time 4. Press the up increase time and downReduce the time 5. Press the SET button again to return to the standby heating state. 6. (If there is no countdown function) Press the down button, it will automatically count down. Press the down button again to stop the countdown.
