The K&F Concept Magnetic Quick Release Adapter Mount is a fantastic upgrade for anyone using the Osmo Action series. It combines secure mounting with the convenience of a magnetic quick-release system, all in a durable aluminum build. What I Loved • Strong magnetic hold: The magnets are surprisingly powerful. Once the camera snaps into place, it stays locked in even during movement, bumps, and fast transitions. • Quick-release convenience: Switching the camera between mounts or angles takes just a second. It’s super useful when filming on the go or changing setups frequently. • Solid aluminum alloy construction: Feels premium, sturdy, and much more durable than most plastic third-party mounts. It inspires confidence when using the camera in more demanding conditions. • Versatile mounting options: The 1/4” screw hole and adapter compatibility give you tons of flexibility—tripods, grips, cages, selfie sticks, you name it. • Perfect fit for Action 5 Pro / 4 / 3: Fits the cameras flawlessly with no wiggle or play. Could Be Better • Slightly heavier than plastic mounts, but the durability is well worth it. • Magnets attract dust or metal shavings in certain environments, so an occasional quick clean helps. Verdict The K&F Concept Magnetic Quick Release Adapter is an excellent accessory for the Osmo Action lineup. It’s strong, versatile, and incredibly convenient if you switch mounting setups often. Highly recommended for anyone who films frequently or wants a more efficient workflow.

Good quality material, the clamps are very strong and sturdy. I like that you can either attach it to a tripod directly or use any Osmo mounts from within the same piece so it gives more flexibility and functionality. The magnet is strong. Very happy with this purchase

One of my most used Osmo Action 5 accessories. Makes swapping mounts quick and painless. Solid build, rugged, strong magnets, would definitely buy again.

I bought this because I believed it would be an upgrade from the original DJI mount. I was especially excited about the metal construction, the collapsible mounting arms, and the option to screw straight into a tripod without swapping to another mount. I was impressed by the build quality, but I found that the "quick-attach" system was anything but quick. The magnet is strong, but it was really finicky about the alignment and wouldn't actually click in completely. I thought my technique was just bad or something, but when I tried it on the DJI mount, it clicked in right away, and it was just as secure. Maybe I got one with bad tolerances or something, but it's not worth the trouble. The metal construction also makes the mount understandably heavier. I'll stick with the DJI mounts for lighter weight and faster swapping.

Ordered some of these to facilitate quick mount/release of my DJI cameras on my motorcycle (Osmo 360, Action 5 Pros, Nano) and I LOVE them! As a professional photographer, I've always loved the K&F brand... good quality, reliable products. These quick release mounts lived up to my brand expectation, and I liked them so much I ordered a bunch more for my other motorcycles, selfie sticks and light stands!

Having used several K&F Concept accessories I was expecting the same build quality and design. K&F Concept stumbled somewhat on this one. While it is well built and the conceptual design it excellent there are some major flaws. One, the silicone pad is too thick or stiff and you have to press it very firmly into some Action mounts to get the latches to engage - not really quick connect. Two, either the holes on the prongs need to be closer to the ends, the prongs a bit longer or the little square base with the 1/4" thread needs to be shorter. On some Gopro style mounts the holes are very difficult to line up because the holes are too close to the K&F adapter. Without these flaws I would probably give this a five star. When everything fits, it works well.

Forget having to twist on your camera when you can squeeze and ket it lock itself in. Its magnetic too . :note make sure before you move or start filming that those tabs click into please and test it to see if its fully locked in so that the camera doesnt fall and get damaged and you should be good.
