After thinking it over, I found this crate that doubles as a crate and a low cabinet, which fits our vibe perfectly. I placed it in my daughter's bedroom, and having the dog there has helped her sleep peacefully at night. This crate has wooden panels on two sides and can handle quite a bit of stuff on top. What's cool is it's got two doors, so it blends right in with the rest of our furniture. I'm loving the tray at the bottom, too—pop a pee pad in there, and it keeps the crate nice and tidy. This was a great purchase for our home. We have a 105 lbs dog, and this fits him comfortably. It’s also a space saver because I put my tv on top of this. It is sturdy overall; however, the metal on the latches is a little thinner than I prefer. This took my husband less than 2 hours to assemble.

This attractive kennel is exactly what we needed and exactly what I wanted. Having had metal kennels in the past for our dogs, I wanted something utilitarian but more attractive for our new family member. THIS IS IT! This is very attractive, and it blends in with the other furniture in our room. It also serves as a side tablet next to our bedroom easy chair. Very sturdy! Very easy to put together. We put it together in about fifteen minutes. Emma weighs about thirteen pounds. This attractive "apartment" provides enough room for her to stretch out - plus there is room for a bowl of water, Duckie, and a chew toy. I added a soft and absorbent floor pad - and Emma added her small favorite yellow blankie, and, of course, her yellow duckie. The door allows easy access which pleases us - no struggle to put Emma in or take her out. All in all - all of us are happy to have a home for Emma when we are not at home.

As an entryway table or decorative accent, it’s genuinely beautiful and elevates the space. Build Quality & Design The overall construction is solid and dependable. The wood frame feels strong and well‑made, giving the crate a premium appearance. The design is one of the standout features—this is not a crate you feel the need to hide. Functional Considerations While the structure is impressive, there are a few functional issues to be aware of, especially for puppy owners: Bottom grate spacing: The slots on the bottom are too wide for small puppies. Their feet can slip through, which raises concerns about potential injury. Sliding tray: The tray underneath is a thoughtful idea, but during crate training it tends to cause splashing or mess, making cleanup less efficient than expected. Gate flexibility: The doors are made from a more flexible metal than the outer frame. A determined puppy can push the corner up and potentially crawl out. My original crate was damaged upon delivery, however the manufacturer sent a replacement promptly. My boys like this crate it looks nice more like furniture than a dog crate it’s easy to move the doors open easily. It wasn’t too bad to assemble however, I did initially put the doors on the wrong side or so I thought once I finished, I was right the first time. My advice would be to ensure you know which way you want to open the doors and ensure it’s right side up. That probably doesn’t make any sense, but the instructions are clear. You just have to read them Word for Word and then validate that you have your doors on the side that you truly want. Other than that, yes I would recommend this crate

This was a great purchase. I had an issue with the plastic tray being broken, but it was replaced by the seller immediately and no other problems whatsoever. The size is perfect. The color of the wood is very nice. Super easy to clean. It has 2 doors with latches for easy entry. Excellent value for the money. Great product.

Be ready to spend a bit of time on the project of putting it together. I would suggest a helper. Be sure to read and pay attention to the instructions or you will find yourself back stepping your work because a small detail to the placement of predrilled holes. I loved the size and how it adds a waist high table to my space. Looks great and there is plenty of space for my 35lb mix breed one year old puppy. Be sure to add lots of padding to the bottom to protect your pups paws, it is made of a smaller than expected Wire. First time it was used, my dog bent the door near the bottom and the only latch of the door was bent and pushed out. I'm not sure what kind of metal the wire is made of, but I could easy bend the wire back in place with my hands. I thought for the price and the weight max in the description, it would not had bent with a 35lb puppy in it. I do not recommend this for crate training.
