The media could not be loaded. For particle board this is very solid. It took forever to put together! Be prepared for the length of time to get it assembled. It took me just an hour to unpack, put in dowels and the “special screws” then I did the assembly. I did it solo and I sure as heck used a drill (even though it says not to) and still took a very long time to assemble. It heats a 500 sq area adequately. The flame looks awesome and the storage of the until is top notch! There was not enough glue for all the dowels but I did have my own wood glue on hand I used. Side note I bought a tiny Bluetooth speaker and I play firecracker sounds and it gives the room a cozy feeling! I would recommend it without hesitation. If you use a drill be careful and put on the lowest torque. Trust me you’ll thank me later and so will your thumbs and fingers. I still used a screw driver at points.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. It was laborious to put together, took my husband about 3 hrs. All the pieces were there and the instructions were easy for him to follow. The fireplace is has several options which is nice: the fan isn’t the best but it puts out a good amount of heat.I would have given 5 stars but the top came with a dent in it. Better packaging would definitely solve that problem. Great value for the price.I would recommend this product for sure!

This piece is beautiful, sturdy and very useful. The fireplace works well. If you're great at putting pieces together, go for it. I had it done professionally. For more sturdiness, the guy applied wood glue. I love it.

FedEx gets no stars. They delivered the stand in the mud and there was damage. Hate that I paid shipping. I contacted seller and parts were replaced in record time. Would definitely order from them again. Stand does take several hours to put together and front doors had to be adjusted. Overall very pleased with this TV stand. Hubby got 75in TV and this stand works perfectly with it.
