Compared to other entertainment stands I’ve built in the past, this one is MUCH easier and can be done within 60 - 90 minutes. When you’re done, you’ll realize that the look and style is impressive despite the cheap material used. I should note that when I first got the package, there were several punctures and holes in the shipping box, which ultimately led to a corner being pretty damaged and the damage was very noticeable even from far away. So I messaged customer service and told them the issue. I had great experience with them, as they offered either a partial refund or to ship out a new product (no returns needed). The shipping box for the replacement product still came with holes in it, but thankfully there was no damage to the interior itself. ... show more

Item came with deep scratches and seller did not have anything in stock to replace it. They suggested I take it somewhere to get repaired and offered me a $30 credit . Eventually they gave a $50 credit and suggested I go buy a touch up pen but that will not solve the issue of a deep scratch. Directions are fair, be careful installing some of the parts as it is easy to install backwards and you will not realize it until you install the doors at the very end. The seller was responsive to my issue but they seem to think I should accept something damaged when I paid for a new item. They did apologize but blamed it on "violent transportation", if that is the case they should package their items better. It was not delivered in the thickest of cardboard boxes and considering the weight of the item they should package better On a positive note the unit seems sturdy and does look good. ... show more

This cabinet shipped fast and arrived in 5 days. It was well packaged for shipping and arrived with out any damage. All of the pieces were well labeled with numbers or letters and the directions for putting it together are easy to follow pictures. It did take 2 of us to put it together and about 3 hours. All of the screw holes were pre drilled and aligned perfectly. It was one of the easiest pieces we have put together. I love the black color and the wood grain that shows. Part 26 was completely broken in half. And 2 parts were not compatible. . Do not buy, the wood is so cheap . Will never order from them again. They wouldn’t refund me and said their warehouse is out of stock.

What I dislike: this same company sells this same piece for $169 on another site, but this color is not available. There are 7,000,000 pieces. If you’re impatient like me, just wait until someone else can help you build so it goes faster. What I like: everything else! It’s cheap, but doesn’t look It. It’s sturdy. It’s heavy. Minimal glass, which is great when you have small children but still want something with glass because it looks nice. All pieces were present. All pieces were flawless. No scratches. No dents. Instructions could’ve been a little more detailed, but they were straight forward enough that I built this on my own with help from my husband or any mistakes. I do wish this company had a matching console table. I love the look and feel of the white and black wood. Very nice. I would certainly recommend! ... show more

It’s the perfect size for a 65” tv and provides storage and shelves for decorating. It’s nice and sturdy and not a shiny black, more matte. It took a good hour and half with 3 people to put together. Lots of parts but typical build. It looks like it’s always belonged.
