Pros: Looks great, pretty sturdy, functional, good quality. You can mostly put this together on your own but for me was a bit heavy to lift the hutch alone so best to have a partner. Cons: Long assembly (a few hours) No bench- the word “bench” is misleading because there is what appears to be a bench but it’s so high that unless you’re like 6-7 feet tall, can’t really use to sit on to put shoes on. Instructions were wrong on at least 3 steps we found. Being that this takes a few hours to assemble, really would appreciate not wasting time on instruction errors. Some steps/pictures were unclear and had to use your best judgement. There is a requirement to use glue (provided) when working with the dowels and there is only one place in the very beginning before the actual installation steps it mentions this so beware. No words in instructions which would have been helpful. Overall: The piece looks GREAT and is super functional. Just missing my bench 😢 so probably wouldn’t buy again, since I really wanted a bench I could sit on to put shoes on. The height measurement of the bench is on the product detail, but easy to miss so I give a full 4 stars ⭐️ for this product.

Absolutely love it and am Very impressed with the value of this piece. When I saw the price I assumed it would’ve been super thin cheap “wood”. Even if it was then it still would’ve been a better option than others. But when it arrived, the box was HEAVY! I was pleasantly surprised to see all the wood looks and feels very sturdy. Took me about 5 hours to build on my own as a few steps were not specific on which direction a board goes in, only to figure out on the next step or next few steps that it was incorrect and had to go back. All the holes lined up perfectly. Be prepared to have A LOT of extra pieces, in the beginning I was so confused on why I had so many extra hardware after each step thinking I must have missed something. But every bag of new hardware will have extra pieces as well. It is stated in the manual that there may be extra pieces for convenience but I just wasn’t quite expecting how much there was left. It also stated not to use power tools, and let me just say this would’ve taken me way more than 5 hours if I used a manual screwdriver. Just use it on its lowest speed and not jam it in. If you are doing this on your own like I was then the only truly difficult part was lifting the top coat/shelf section onto the base cabinet to attach them. Because it has you build them in two separate pieces to attach at the end. BUT IT CAN BE DONE! I chose this product over the others because of the doors and actual shoe shelves, the whole point of a shoe organizer is the organize them, right? Why do other products just have a compartment to shove them all in together? Also we have pretty large shoes that the tilt out storage solutions have many reviewers saying they don’t fit properly in. Basically I wasn’t gonna waste my time with that. We have size 10 woman’s and size 11 men’s shoes that easily slide right in. My only gripe is that the bench is pretty high, originally I saw reviews on here stating that they thought it wasn’t low enough to use as an actual bench to sit on. I thought “nahhhh these are probably just all short or normal height people” but even being 5’10 with extra long legs I can only sit on it sideways with one cheek on. I could most definitely get the other cheek on but am a bit worried of the stability, but that could honestly just be me being paranoid. Fully grown cats included in photos for size reference on the height of the bench if that helps at all.

Very happy with the purchase. Went together easily (for this kind of thing) and is very solid once assembled. We were limited on space and this fits perfectly. The center coat rack part is fairly short and won't fit anything much longer than a kids jacket, but nice for hats and bags. The side hooks are good for full length coats. I really appreciated the aesthetic touches like the shaped hinges and metal corner brackets.

The media could not be loaded. Lots of parts that require patience. Took about 4 hours and will require 2 people to put the upper part on top of the base. Parts are heavy. Must use anti tipping straps but mine did not include any. Also I received a unit with an unfinished veneer price on the front. Positive are it is a big pice of funiture with lots of space for shoes. They just have some quality control issues some of the parts.

The item arrived in a huge, heavy, well packed box. I do recommend two people to assemble it, it will make it faster and easier. All parts were included, and they even include extra hardware on most things. Don’t skip steps, you’ll only confuse yourself. If you follow the directions, they’re pretty straightforward. There were only two times both my husband and I were confused about something but figured it out. It is labeled clearly to help with ease of construction. It’s sturdy, especially after adding items into it. I needed a mudroom for the hallway, and this is exactly what we needed, while looking very pretty. It isn’t exactly scratch resistant, especially the black top, that seems to scratch fairly easily.
