I love JVN Hair Nurture Shampoo so much that I subscribed to auto ship. Unfortunately I received the Nurture Conditioner instead. I’m 💯 out of shampoo. Not tragic, but not helpful. I’m canceling autoship and returning to purchasing directly from JVN Hair. I’m not returning the conditioner because it’ll get used eventually.     • The pump doesn’t unwind
The shampoo and conditioner are great, love the smell and it lingers in your hair💕. However, the shampoo pump handle, I must have turned over 100 times and it still hasn’t popped up. So, I have to open the bottle and pour it out and I am afraid I might spill and land up wasting product. Another family member had similar experience with pump handle not popping. Works good with my hair. Third order. Only problem I have encountered I'd the pump not working a couple of times. Now I save a working pump in case.

Been using this for a couple months and my hair is starting to feel more dried out. I didn’t notice until I had to use a different shampoo/conditioner while out of town. This hasn’t helped my natural curl at all either but does clean my hair well, just feels like it is slowly drying it out over time. ... show more
