I'm a bit a tightwad when it comes to my entertainment. I've bought basic cheap ear buds and they were adequate for my needs although their battery life was limited to about an hour or so. The JVC ear buds have a really good range and strong base. When you get them, make sure you chose the right rubber ear insert. I thought smaller would be better but boy I was wrong. As soon as i put the largest ones on (there are 5 sizes included) the base was fantastic. And range and noise cancellation is off the charts for $25 ear buds. Great job JVC! As for battery life they've made it to two hours without issue. Haven't needed longer than that quite yet. ... show more

I wanted some ear phones for the train that wouldn't break the bank. I didn't really care about noise cancelation because I don't want to block out all the sound from my surroundings on a NYC train. Although I feel pretty isolated with these on. The sound is great and people that call me actually say they can hear me better than when I don't use these. So for me was a great buy. The only issue I've had is the rubber fitting in my ear, I wish they had some other sizes like the other earphones come with. They have fallen out of my eAR a few times. If I push them in and turn them up they stay in better. So would 5 stars if they came with some different size ear pieces, but im not going to complain about it because the price was great and 90% of the time they stay in. ... show more

I was not about to pay $100+ for ear buds, but I needed ones that were comfortable. We’ve recently been called back to the office 3 days a week (oh joy) and people have seriously forgot their inside voices or how to be considerate of their neighbors. Sigh. I was looking to replace a pair of Skullcandy buds that stopped working. Green is my favorite color and JVC is one of the few brands that makes green accessories. I owned a pair of wired Gumy headphones years ago and liked those, so I figured I'd like these, too. They're a juicy green color and the case is cute, too. The one complaint I have is that they seem to have trouble registering triple taps, but that could just be user error. Overall I still like them. I loved these for the 6 months they worked. Then the right one stopped charging. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement pair. Within 2 weeks the replacement pair's right ear bud no longer connects to the left and is completely useless. I emailed the company and the sent me a generic email to send them back on my dime. Bought these as a backup pair for when i leave my 100$ set in my work desk. Obviously these don’t perform as well as those but I didn’t expect them to either at fought 1/4 the price I just wanted a set for travel , yard work , or anywhere else I might lose/damage these and they do that Great for audiobooks and YouTube but maybe not the best for serious music listening sessions Sound quality is meh I mean come on 25-30$ depending on colors and sales they are at least as good as wired gumys if not better Build quality is pretty solid all of these wireless earbuds all seem to benefit from the fact they are super light weight so drops on solid ground don’t effect them the same way it effects heavier devices Lots of color choices which is nice I imagine a lot of people will buy them for their teenagers so they might like colors other than black white or gray Battery life is pretty amazing In my ears they feel like they are about to fall out but I shook my head vigorously and they stayed in, and maybe that’s an issue no one else will have ... show more
