I first saw this product at a friend's house and loved it the moment I saw it. I ordered it immediately. It has shipped very quickly. Only problem was that one of the cups was chipped (it is not uncommon in these kinds of products). I directly contacted their customer service via email and they responded quickly and replaced the chipped cup immediately I contacted with them. They were very helpful. This tea set is beautiful and so nice, I love it... The teapot is the only glass Item, the rest is kind of like milk glass and really pretty, I love the little spoons to. The tea pot isn't as thin as I thought it would be, but it's still delicate. but it is like any glass tea pot, you will want to wash it separately from other dishes to keep from breaking it. I love it and am wanting to get the creamer and sugar bowl set that matches it.. there is one that comes with a matching porcelain teapot that matches the set. But I am looking into getting them without the tea pot. You wont be sorry if you buy this set. I think you could use it for tea or coffee.. I only drink tea myself but my husband drinks coffee and he has his own coffee pot, I wont share mine lol... ... show more
