These mugs were amazing for our graphic design class project. They work well with a Cricut mug press and sublimation paper/ink. The designs were crisp and vibrant and the mugs have a slight pearlescent shimmer before and after printing. The mugs take sublimation fairly well, Black and white photos tend to have a blue tint on these mugs though. Double boxed, however three mugs arrived broken. located in such a place I am not sure how they could have broken during shipment. Feel they may have been broken when packed.

Mugs are okay; nothing outstanding, but suitable. The Amazon ad itself is very misleading. The headline reads: “…36 Pack Bundle (12pc White). In the “About this item” section, it reads: “1 case of 36 mugs, Each white box packing,” and “Note that when you order 1 piece you are ordering a case of 36 pieces.” Based on the wording of this ad, I ordered what I thought was a “case of 36 pieces.” After receiving 12 pieces, I contacted Amazon, and the rep sent me another 12 pieces. A second phone call to Amazon about the rest of my order resulted in that rep stating she “agreed the ad was misleading,” but that 24 pieces were all I was going to get.
