Great coffee maker! Love it. It is not the high end Jura but to me a high end normal everyday enjoyable coffee and water to experience. If you like the basics, this is for you. My husband does coffee mode. I do Americano and we both do water for tea. This espresso machine has literally changed our lives. We used to have a morning coffee ritual that required weighing, spritzing, and hand-grinding our beans, only to make decent espresso and coffee drinks. Our busy lives required something that could add value by saving us time while also producing a higher-quality cup of coffee. Holy cow, this thing works magically! We're using the same beans, but the taste and mouthfeel of the espresso is something we've never been able to achieve before. Not only that, this machine makes it so easy to maintain because it tells you exactly what you need to do (empty the grounds, fill the water tank, replace the filter, etc. etc.). FYI for latte lovers: the machine itself does not have a milk container for lattes, but it does come with the tube you need to connect your milk source to the machine for frothing. At first, I thought I needed to buy the glass Jura milk container, but I realize now that it's really not necessary. You can save your money and put your milk in a cup next to the machine and simply put one end of the tube in the milk and the other end into the machine. Personally, I don't often use the latte/cappuccino/macchiato setting on our Jura, but when I do, this is how I do it. It is a little noisy, but it runs fairly quickly. The noise never bothers me. In fact, it makes me happy because I know that me or someone I love is about to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee! Also, it's not terribly large. It does take up some real estate on your counter, but compared to our last setup, it actually has a smaller footprint because we don't need a separate grinder, tamping station, etc. And yes, it is a pricey investment. I had been eyeing this machine for a few years before pulling the trigger, and now that we have it, there's no looking back. Lastly, make sure you're using quality, fresh-roasted beans because that's what makes the biggest difference between a good and a great cup of coffee. ☕️🧡 ... show more

A well-built coffee machine. Very minimalistic look. The screen isn't a touch screen as I first thought it was. The buttons are next to the LED screen and feel clunky.
