As I started my weightloss journey I was looking for a waist trainer. A waist trainer that would help sweat around the belly are. This seemed like the perfect thing to wear but unfortunately the day I wore it being a plus size girl, while working out the waist trainer would poke me with the wires. It was very uncomfortable. The stretch was great, the quality was good too, but when I was doing certain workouts the waist trainer would roll and wouldn't fit properly. Basically wouldn't stay in place. It wasn't loose, it fit perfect. If it didn't roll or poke me this would have been great.

Always wanted to try one of these and let me tell you I did not regret it. Within minutes of putting it on you start to feel the heat (sweat building up). I am 6ft tall 210lbs and I got a medium.
