I am 5’3” and 130 lbs I wore this shirt for a workout yesterday and I really really like it! It definitely made me feel like I was heating up and I sweated a lot but the shirt never got wet or slimy or smelly. I’m very happy with it and will definitely continue to wear it to amp up my cardio days. The product photos make it look a little loose & droopy but it’s actually a bit more sturdy / rigid. It’s a little tight on my arms / chest, so I wouldn’t wear it for a shoulder or arm workout, but it’s not too tight, just form fitting. It’s supposed to be that way in order to trap body heat and force you to sweat more. It doesn’t really stretch so please order a size up if you are between sizes (I usually wear a small/ medium and I went with a medium). Customer service with this brand is wonderful! Shipping was super fast! I got mine the next day! 10/10 would recommend!

Love love love!!! I wore this shirt with my sweet sweat lotion and man I tell you I was dripping OD!!! What I like about it is that the shirt on the outside stay dry as you sweat like crazy on the inside! Definitely a good way to get rid of some extra calories during your workout! It has a good stretch, quick dry and no bad odor!! Gives you full coverage from neck to lower belly plus upper arm area!! 5'5 190 got a Large and it was a loose fit. Perfect to perform any type of exercise!

The thing is, when I have this on it doesn't feel like I am sweating. It's sort of weird but when I take it off, the sweat just rolls off me. So, needless to say, the suit works. Be sure and size up. Runs a bit small plus you will like the comfort from being able to move around easily.
