I’ve been using this product for a week. Now as far as making you sweat, yes it does. After a workout or a walk, I have sweat trapped inside and it’s actually cold so I have to get out of that quickly. Now, be aware that it’s not like a compression to really suck you in. The fabric it’s made of is pretty thin actually. I was hoping it would suck in my stomach lumps a bit more but it didn’t. You have to put it on and pull it down so the straps aren’t super loose (they are non-adjustable). Maybe I could have sized down to get a tighter fit. I’m 5’2 170lbs on a vigorous workout journey and I ordered a large. It gets the job done, I guess I just wish it was a little thicker to create more of a compression but it does make you sweat.

Hook the hooks before zipping. At first, I thought it was too small. It really squeezes and lift my tummy. Has me sweating all day. I wear it every day along with tummy cream, I have lost inches, and it doesn't roll.

The media could not be loaded. I really like how when I first put it on it was able to cover my apron of a stomach! It definitely does the job when you're doing cardio. The only thing I would say are the straps that bother me. No they don't fall off my shoulders but having to readjust them while working out. Definitely worth its price! 😍

I am 5’5 240lb I ordered a 2x and a 3x to see which one fit best. After reading reviews I sized up from my usual L/xL. I decided to keep the 2x but I should have just got my regular size because after wearing this for 1 week it has gotten loose without any exercise,I’m just moving all day and wearing it between 8-16 hours just depends. I hope someone find this review helpful. O and yes I’ll be ordering a smaller size I love that it covers all even my fupa…………. Update: I received my new ones on May 7th . I ordered 1Lg and 1 X Lg the Xlg fit perfect I feel and look snatch and also started to sweat immediately after wearing for 10 min…. I think I’ll keep both because I plan on loosing inches and Ill need the large someday soon I hope..As always I hope this helps with choosing
