  • Endless Fun and Unbeatable Quality!
Color: Black Size: 14FT
This trampoline has been a massive hit with my entire family! It's not just big; it's incredibly well-built and feels exceptionally safe. The assembly instructions were clear, and we had it up and ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. The jumping mat is incredibly bouncy, and the springs provide a fantastic lift. The safety net is sturdy and gives me peace of mind knowing the kids are secure. We've had it for a while now, and it's held up perfectly against the weather. This was an investment in endless fun and outdoor activity, and it's been worth every penny! ... show more

  • Not great, but not horrible.
Color: Black Size: 16FT
Bought the 16ft JumpZylla trampoline and it arrived early, which was nice. Trampoline came in two packages and nothing was damaged upon unboxing. My first impression of the materials was a little lackluster. I had doubts as to whether or not the poles for safety netting were strong enough. The assembly was pretty straightforward and with the help of my two younger boys (ages 13 & 11) we were able to assembly the entire trampoline and safety netting in under an hour. Once fully assembled, I tested the trampoline myself. Im 6 foot tall, 280lbs and the trampoline handle me just fine. Then my boys, ages 13 and 11, joined in and thats when I got nervous. The trampoline frame would shake and the legs would move across the grass (no stakes were inserted at this time). I then got off to install the 5 U-shaped stakes that came with the trampoline. these stakes seems very cheap and 3 of the 5 stakes bent as I pushed them into the ground. I then had all 4 of my kids (ages: 13,11, 9, 7) jumping and the frame would shake, but stakes held the trampoline in place. Safe to say that all 5 of us jumping at one time would not be wise. the safety net was my primary concern. the material was already ready t tear at the bottom and after 1 hour of my kids jumping I had my first tear, albeit a small one. We live in Oklahoma and the wind can get excessive from time to time. We had several storms come through this weekend and we experienced some wind the other night around 1am. I awoke to find my trampoline missing from my backyard. I went out side to see if it had blow across the yard, but I didn't see anything except all 5 stakes uprooted and lying in the back yard. I looked over all of my neighbors fences and nothing. I then begin to thing that perhaps someone stole my trampoline, but that seemed excessive. so I went back to sleep and woke around 6am to go searching for my trampoline. I drove the end of our street to an empty cul-de sac to find the mangled mess of a 16ft trampoline. The trampoline landed three houses away from mine, all houses with wooden fences. I calculate the distance the trampoline flew to be around 600 ft. Thats 4x the distance of the Wright brothers initial flight! the damage it caused was minimal but not cheap. Ripped off my neighbors gutter and broke several fence posts before its final landing spot. Damage to the trampoline was most significant. 3 of the 5 legs were bent beyond repair. the safety netting was torn in multiple places. several springs were missing, and the trampoline surface itself had minimal damage, but not safe enough to be reused in my opinion. Upon inquiring with Jumpzylla about a replacement, giving them pictures of the damage, I was told that I would only qualify for the $100 Storm replacement voucher that they offer. So I went outside to ponder this offer and as I looked around I see all of the neighbors trampolines (about 7 of them) still intact, secured to ground, with no damage. My trampoline was the only one in the neighborhood to receive damage. So with that in mind. I decided to decline Jumpzylla's offer of $100 off another one of their trampolines, and wisely spend my hard earned money on a more robust, safe and reliable trampoline that I believe will withstand a strong wind gust. Now, most people may not experience a strong gust of wind like we did. In that case I find this trampoline to be adequate if you have small children (under 10). I would also find a stronger way of securing the legs of the trampoline to the ground. The U-shaped stakes given to you with this trampoline do very little. Overall, this trampoline was adequate, but not the best. The price was good, but like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". *** UPDATE*** I came home today to find a band new trampoline waiting on my porch. JumpZylla definitely went out of their way to make this situation right. Honestly they didn't even have to that, but they did! And I think that says something about their customer service and business operations as a whole. Kudos to them and their team. I definitely have to change my star review to a 5 now, as they have gone above and beyond my expectation and set the bar high for the standard of customer care. Thank you JumpZylla!! ... show more

  • Best 8ft trampoline on the market
Color: Gray Size: 8FT
Amazing trampoline our kiddos love it. It has already brought hours of fun our first week of owning it. I ordered the 8ft because we have a smaller yard and it fit perfect. Though it’s the smaller size my two toddlers are able to jump together with plenty of space. The size also does not hinder its bounce and springiness. The safety netting and poles are very sturdy and well made. This is a pretty attractive trampoline. My neighbor has the same size trampoline that she purchased for twice the money and its not nearly as nice. It was pretty quick and easy to put together. It states it requires two people but I was able to manage solo. The only two issues I had so is the pull the string on the zipper instantly came unseen. Not a huge issue as I was able to just tie it on. The other problem was I didn’t really care for the stakes it came with. I really didn’t understand how they could hold anything down. Overall extremely happy with my purchase. ... show more

  • Quality product/ Excellent customer service
Color: Black Size: 12FT
Buy this one you won't regret it! This is an awesome quality trampoline and customer service is top notch.. We held out for a couple years when our kids started asking to see if it was just a phase. It's just that you see everyone trying to give away and old rusty trampoline all the time and everyone told us "once you have one they'll never use it, they weather quickly, bad investment since it doesnt last"- Wrong. Purchased as a christmas gift 2022, setup june 2023 a now its year later so offering a thorough review here. The quality is awesome, the powdered finish on the metal rods really helped with any signs of weathering, rust etc. after a full year of unforgiving PA weather it still looks brand new..no sun fading either and we purchased solid black. The reason for my customer service review- we had ours setup for about 2 months last sunmer and a massive storm came through. A huge section of our neighbors tree fell directly on the trampoline. The size of the tree could have easily crushed anything in its path. It landed directly on the net in between 2 of the poles and the net actually held the tree up off the ground !! The netting itself sustained no damage as in tears etc, but due to the weight of the tree the upper curved poles did bend inward and one of the fiberglass rods broke that slides in the top of the net ( it had direct contact on impact so im not suprised). Talk about a strong quality made product!!! My 1st thought was ( well, other than being furious because it was brand new and this wasnt the 1st time we had issues with this tree that isnt ours) but if it can hold a huge tree off the ground we'll ok thats actually great I'm now 100% sure it will hold my kids inside when thry are flipping around!!! We waited all summer but our neighbor failed to follow through on promise of replacement - it wasn't that huge of a deal once the tree was cleared we bent the poles backward & made it work for the remaining usable months last year- the shape of net didn't look pretty and tight because but other than that it still appeared and functioned like new. Fast forward to this spring- we started looking into purchasing a whole new trampoline ( still jumpzylla of course) - to my suprise you can buy replacement pieces Jumpzylla has a catalog on their website you can choose piece by piece and they are reasonably priced too. However, I was not able to locate 1 item- the fiberglass rod that slides in the top of the net between the poles. So I reached out to their customer service team before buying an alternate name brand replacement ( mind you this is a year later) 1. For claims that say customer service doesn't respond - they do!! and very quickly via email. 2. I explained the situation : needed to buy a replacement fiberglass rod not available in the catalog etc etc and the reason why. They asked some questions about how the damage happened & what pieces were ruined. I was very upfront with the fact we purchased in December 2022 and its now June 2024, I sent a few photos of the damaged parts, the tree that fell on it and within 2 days ( 3 emails later) they shipped me all the pieces and covered it under warranty!!! If that's not superb customer service- and not even just because it was free but because they communicated in a timely fashion and were more than willing to help ( It was only supposed to be a 1 year warranty) ok- a couple pointers 1. In the late fall ( october-ish) we did remove the upper pieces of the trampoline ( padding over springs, mat, springs, padded poles) to store for the winter we figured this would help with longevity it doesnt take long to put the upper portion back on. 2. The net section can be a little tricky to lace on initial setup the directions really dont explain how much tension but avoid making it super tight or you will run out of string halfway around the trampoline and have to unlace it and start all over ( its a pain in the butt) , be sure that you see a small gap between the loops and the net.the net shoukd not be flush with the trampoline mat. I'd safely say leave a 1 inch gap. 3. I do agree with the review I read about the fiberglass rods being a pain to get in because they have no " give" they are really hard and you will need 2 people for this more than any other step in my opinion- you have to try to bend a solid rod to a slight curve to slide it in the holes between 2 t connectors on each section at the top of the net- However, after seeing a tree fall on the trampoline I can appreciate the fact that these are has hard as they are and the fact the net is so durable too. ... show more
