Very impressed with this trampoline. It was fairly easy to put together though I made a mistake or two that I had to walk back but it is designed in such a way that the mistakes became obvious. We are happy with the size and the amount of bounce it gives. Our kids are very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend. Kind of a pain in the butt to put together but really anything with that many pieces is. It is super heavy and the frame is much more heavy duty than our propel that we replaced. We got this trampoline for our children who begged for one for Christmas. Living in southwest Florida, we wanted to make sure we were purchasing a good quality, durable, well built product that would withstand the weather. Jumpking surpassed expectations. The 10x16ft trampoline we purchased checks all of those boxes and was easy to assemble. We are completely satisfied and so are our kids who now spend as much time as possible jumping on it. The customer service is also top notch! There was a box up with ups delivering all of the boxes required for assembly and within a day of contacting Jumpking they had located the missing box and had it delivered. The trampoline is our second one, and it’s extremely well made compared to our last one. It took a few hours to put together, but it was worth the effort. My kids and the neighborhood kids are loving it! The bounce is so much stronger than our last trampoline, and the net that goes around it is very secure. This Jump King . The King of easy setup. I have set up 3 thus far. My daughter was 2 on her 1st one. This is her (13) and brother's (11) 3rd one. The instructions and instruction video are available. I have to admit I did pick up a thing or two on the video. Yes , I jumped in! Have fun!

    • You'll hit the cross bars underneath!
I was super excited to setup this trampoline for my kids and, let's be real, for me, too. I grew up with round trampolines and bought round trampolines for my kids. It came time to buy another and we decided to go with this rectangular one. The springs are long and provide a fantastic bounce. But, I hit the supporting cross bars when I bounce. I am 194 pounds well under the weight limit. Let me tell you, it hurts when you hit those bars. When I setup the trampoline, I thought the height clearance from the matt to the supporting cross bars was short but I was too excited to let it bother me. Unfortunately, it gave a BIG hurt (I first hit it when landing bottom first) and it is a BIG problem. I'm unable to jump with full power. I can jump lightly and not hit the bars. I can even jump with my kids and not hit them... provided I jump lightly. If I try to jump high I'll hit the bars every time. Such a let down. The springs are great, the matt is great, the sturdiness is great, and it was easy to setup! But, not being able to jump as hard and high as I'd like to is horrible and dangerous. Only giving one star because that is a tragic safety issue. Weight limit should probably be 175 pounds or less. Maybe a better design would be to figure out a way to remove the supporting crossbars or increase the clearance. I'd be ecstatic if the vendor would reach out to me to discuss. ... show more

    • Nice solid trampoline- well constructed
This is the third trampoline I've bought. I can say this is very sturdy, robust trampoline with high quality structure and materials (unlike the previous other brands I purchased). Looks good too. I was able to assemble this by myself, a good few hours needed, directions were good and easy to follow. Assembling the legs, really had to stretch parts to fit, this was probably the hardest part doing myself, but held part with my foot as pulled and slipped in pole for leg supports.. I did have wrong size fitting included, but called and had a replacement part at my front door a couple days later, excellent customer service. This is great size for multiple kids, plenty of room and they don't seem to gravitate to center and collide as they do on the round trampolines. This is a bit heavy, i move mine around when i mow, and can just barely move it on my own. Overall, very happy with purchase so far with few weeks of use. ... show more
