Ordered this as a gift & when arrived was missing a set of tiles. I reached out to the company asking to have just the missing tiles sent to me, instead of returning the whole busy book, since I was happy with the product. The company responded within 24hrs and advised they would send a whole new busy book to me. Within a week I received the new book complete with all tiles. I absolutely love this book!! My 4 year old daughter loves this book! During the pandemic I was stuck like many parents trying to be an educator for those unfortunate kiddos who are under 5, remote learning is a foreign concept. Prior to the pandemic my daughter was attending her preschool full time for about 4 months. We started her late but once we had baby number 2 in August of 2019 and I longer had help at home, we decided it was best for her to attend preschool/daycare. She excelled greatly!! Little side note why this is such a huge deal for us, our daughter was delayed in speech and was also very hyper active, so we had early intervention come and help us until her third birthday. She no longer received help after that but was still delayed, being in pre-k helped but not much. Then with her being quarantined at home with only myself and my 6 month old, learning became a challenge. I had to adapt and learn from her awesome teachers who would call daily to zoom her for “circle time”, eventually that año ended as they had been given the okay to reopen. My husband and I decided we didn’t want to risk our daughter, so it began my quest for anything that will keep her entertained and educated. My sister in law was actually the one to recommend this book as she bought it for my 2 year old nephew who has autism. She raved about how my nephew now knew all of his colors and abcs (my nephew barely had 5 words in his vocabulary) My daughter already knew all of her colors, abcs, opposites, weather, numbers 1-20,and how to match, but what she didn’t know was the solar system. She now knows all of her planets! This is part of our morning routine now. She loves taking them all out and basically reviewing everything she already knows as she pushed them back in. Basically what I am saying is if you’re like me and your kid already knows these things, it doesn’t hurt to review. Kids are human and can’t often forget or get confused, so reviewing never hurt anyone! We’ve also started using it with our 18 month old! He loves it too!! ... show more

after months of saying I would create my own busy book by buying the necessary supplies and never getting around to it, I thought a $20 book would be worth a try and more cost effective. I bought this for my 3 yo son who has been in early intervention, though we just used it for the first time in speech therapy. My son loves this book and it's a great tool for practicing direction, speech, learning ABCs, colors, etc. It's made well - cardstock/ laminated/ not sharp edges on the pieces, comes with extra velcro should you need to replace any, comes with the extra sleeve/pouch to store pieces, comes in a sturdy cardboard box to store in when not in use and has a handle- my son can easily identify it among his toys/books and carry it to me when he wants to open and play, which is multiple times a day. The only thing I wish they had done was do fruits/veggies on its own theme, animals on another. There's also a themed page about matching items according to the weather... as an adult this was confusing!? I also thought the seasons page could've used better pictures. But this is me being picky!
