This was incredibly easy to assemble! My husband was able to put it together himself in 3 hrs. Very sturdy and great quality. My husband did watch the video on assembling it before which made it easy.

The lack of instruction info was horrible. Bad pics pieces not labeled. I had to tear it apart a few times because of lack of info. The basketball hoops were such a disappointment.... My kids were so excited and when it was set up the hoops were crooked due to bad welds . And the lil hoop didnt last a hour of play time before it snapped off ... show more

Within two weeks of having the trampoline, one of the basketball hoops broke. There was no roughhousing involved just normal play. I reached out to the seller and they couldn’t send us a replacement just a small refund to buy one elsewhere. 8 months later, the skirt ripped in front of the entrance, along with the post cushion. The quality is very cheap, especially for the price. It should definitely last longer than 8 months and it unfortunately has not, especially because it’s only used like 2-3 times a week.     • Basketball hoops are CHEAP
The trampoline itself is fine. It is safe as far as trampolines go. However, for a trampoline that features a basketball court, the basketball hoops are unbelievably cheap. Both were broken within the first week. Save yourself the extra money and buy a different kind of trampoline. Upon installation, one goal broke. First time shooting baskets the second broke. Seller feedback is there is no warranty, no help with replacing the items. Their suggestion was to send the item back for a full refund. It’s a trampoline!!! You cannot easily take down a trampoline, repackage and ship! And you shouldn’t have to do so just to replace two goals. Poor customer service. One reason we purchased this item vs other choices was for the goals. My son was very disappointed. ... show more
