Here's what I love most: Smooth performance: The 12th generation N100 processor with 16GB of RAM handles my work tasks really well. It is a good laptop for the value. It is fast, guess the 16G memory really helps. The screen is 16“, good resolution and clear image. The machine is thin, light weight, and well constructed. It has Mini HDMI to fit with the thin body. Need a converter to work with a normal HDMI cable. The battery can last 4+ hours in normal usage. Happy with the purchase overall.

My system is the 16GB RAM 512GB SSD. The usable space is 473GB of the 512GB so not too much space taken up by the OS. The speed has been generally great except when I'm rendering video's in Adobe or even Canva so it's not designed for heavy graphics processing but get's the job done. I assumed it will lag the same if you're trying to use it for gaming. It's a great for admin type productivity. It has a nice light look and feel, simple and clean look. I only went out with it one day and it was easily portable but the cover did smear with hand sweat. The screen is vivid and the 16" is the right size for me. 4 months going strong!

This laptop is nice looking sleek and light. Came charged. Spent about 1.5 hours setting it up to connect on my network, got all programs uploaded with ease. Noticed battery life was 1/2 by the 1.5hr mark. Hooked up the charger and never saw an indication it was charging. Set it aside to charge and it now won't turn on. No power at all. I don't know if the charger is the right one or if it isn't working or if the charging port isn't working. Super frustrating 😤 not happy about this. Going to contact customer service. If nothing remedies this, I'm sending it back.
