Honestly . This is one of my top buy on Amazon 2021 . Even beat the prime day deal I think . I am glad I didn't pick the Acer Chromebook in bestbuy. . A laptop only 200bucks . With 6 month Microsoft office free package . This is the best back to school deal ever. After running it for weeks want to put more details good and bad with Amazon family . PRO: 1. looks like apple mac air if the logo is got decal cover on the jumper logo . That is what I am going to do . 2.once you tap on keyboad. You know the quality . Not loud actually. One thing cons about keyboard is doesn't have a groom light . So night time kinda shitty. 3. Screen . Actually I don't give a high hope on a 200 bucks laptop screen quality before I turn it on . But hey it is good . At least better than my previous old 700 gaming Lenovo. 4. Battery life . A fully charge will last me 16hours . (Not put the speaker on most of time ).which is you can't complain about that . 5. No fan .running . I can lie my laptop down in bed without thinking the fan can vacuum the dust in . 6. Microphone performance solid . It got two microphone one each side. Very detail . CONS . 1.the charger the cable kinda cheap looks . But totally not affected functioning. 2. Speaker . Maximum still not strong enough in public use . . I haven't got a chance use it in Starbucks . But I knew I better take a Bluetooth if I got to hear sound . 3. Not good for gaming . This is something I shouldn't even mention . Obviously it is not gaming device . The reason I put here is let if anyone don't know computer and maybe trying to get a gift for their grandkids . This is not a gaming laptop . But for school . Absolute a good buy. Overall I love it so much . It is a light weight good quality laptop. With super smooth experience . A solid battery life support . Couldn't be more happier.

I’m posting this because I just purchased this computer … went to use it and there is no network adaptor driver so it’s unable to connect to the internet. I’m more than happy to change this review but how and why would you sell a laptop without the ability to access the internet? Particularly when you advertise the webcam feature and ability to participate in online/streaming based services?! I’m highly annoyed as this is a major inconvenience as I try to figure out how to get one installed.

I mainly use this laptop for surfing on the internet and I always keep about 20 webpages open at the same time, so it's great that it loads quickly. Also, it's been about a month since I bought this computer but I haven't encountered any problems so far, so I'm rather pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Haven’t had the product very long. Never dropped, never exposed to water. It worked well the first few uses, but then the screen started to spaz. It would blink/flicker and a bunch of vertical white and gray lines would come up on the screen. See the video. The issue would only resolve after restarting the computer. My fiancé ordered this for school, so we’re really bummed we have to return it because it’s going to cause delays. Definitely going to choose a more reliable brand when choosing a replacement.

I felt like I was suddenly thrown back in time to the 1990s, when there were aol accounts and you had to ask everyone to get off the phone if you wanted to use the computer. I have a tablet from 2013 that is faster and less frustrating to use than this pc. I have no idea why it takes so long to do literary ANYTHING. Also it forces Edge and is very resisted to allowing you to use Chrome or anything else. Return

Ordered laptop based on reviews and specs. On installation, noticed that the product did not charge and there were some dead pixels at the bottom of the screen. Also, once the installation was complete - computer was slow and laggy. Returning the laptop back to Amazon for my money back before other performance and technical issues arise

Laptop was definitely not what I expected and hoped it would be. There was dirt and crumbs on the keyboard. A name appeared on the screen asking for a password. The name was not mine.. definitely returning this asap!
