Love the product itself so far. Setup was very easy and straightforward. I’ve connected it to external monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset and webcam without issue. The problem is the Office 365 one year subscription was not included. Amazon was unable to assist and has referred me to the seller who has not been responsive.
