After writing my original review I was contacted by the seller to see if they could fix the problem with the chair. The final outcome was they sent me a new chair. I have had no problems with it so far. Had to update my rating to 5 stars for the customer service that I received. (Hopefully just got a bad chair the first time around) definitely will buy from this seller again just because they stand behind their products! Nice chair, great back support, but doesn’t hold up. Had chair for 4 months now and at first love it. But the armrest are now falling off. The hardware that was sent to put it together has to be tightened at least monthly if not weekly or you will find the bolts on the floor. After repeated times of tightening the bolts the threads on the bolts have all been worn off. Having to go and see if I can find other bolts now to fit to reattach the armrests.
