The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble and clean compared to older models I have owned. The large feed chute comes in handy, but be aware that fruits with rind, like oranges or watermelon, might need a little extra maneuvering to keep it from getting stuck. If you're willing to give some slight assistance, this self-feeding, slow masticating juicer is a wonderful addition to any kitchen! Like with any juicer, you may also still need plenty of fruit for a good serving amount depending on the fruit selection. Tougher vegetables like ginger, you may want to cut up some. The ginger pulp and orange pulp at times did tend to get stuck in the pulp spout and I would not say it’s a quiet machine, but overall it’s an easy to use juicer!

It’s my first juicer and it’s great. It works well, the cleaning process is easy. Juice quality is amazing and for the price it’s excellent. The speed is amazing too. My only issue is the pulp gets stuck but everything else is amazing.

One of the better juicers I've purchased to date! I mainly juice carrots, beats and celery and the juice output is a lot. Easy to assemble and clean after each use. Highly recommended

Good interim juicer when you’re not ready to spend a lot. I find the pulp to be a little wet but it works well. I juice a lot of celery with no problem.
