    • Lid is nearly impossible to open. Leaks often.

I cannot get the lid off to clean or refill the jug. Oftentimes the metal handle will lower and crush my fingers as I try to unscrew the lid. I end up refilling it through the spout. The lid seems to be on properly, but if it’s not tightened to the point that it’s impossible to open, it leaks badly if not perfectly upright. I brought it on a long outdoor trip in summer heat & was without water most of the day after it leaked. It’s leaked a few times in my car when it tipped over. I do not think it keeps water as cold as my smaller ramblers. I have several Yeti products that are great, but this one is a big disappointment. ... show more
