Affordable and lights up my book well. However these get scratched over time if you don’t keep them inside of a book. I’m on my 3rd one in 4 years. Only because I am not very careful.

Came all scratched up, but the light is very nice, if you can get it to turn on and stay on! I will be returning as it is very scratched up upon opening and it’s a pain to get it to turn on. Very poor quality, it rattles when flipping it side to side. You could probably find better at the Dollar Tree. Tried to contact the manufacturer and it’s a link for general troubleshooting. That didn’t help either.

Pros: I like this in theory. The light is bright enough to easily read pages in the dark. Cons: The clear plastic was very scratched up when it arrived. It has to be moved every time you turn the page. If I'm reading at night, I'm likely reading in bed laying down with my book above my face. The light is hard to hold in place this way without slipping and trying to hit me the face. I can't think of any solution to holding it in place that won't make turning pages more tedious. If you read in the dark with the book in your lap it would probably be more useful.

This book light has been an absolute hit in our family! My 11-year-old son and I both love it. We actually ended up getting two because they're incredibly practical, especially for him to catch up on his reading during car rides or while waiting around at his tournaments. Honestly, for just $6, it's been an excellent little investment and has definitely proven its worth. These lights are now permanent fixtures in our bags whenever we head out since the act a bookmark and are a standard chapter book size! Now, for a couple of minor observations. We've noticed they tend to scratch quite easily, and unfortunately, those little marks can sometimes dim the light output a bit, which is a slight downside. Also, I somehow managed to lose the battery cover on one of ours, so we've improvised with some packing tape to keep things secure! They are fragile I don’t recommend putting them in kids backpacks. The light isn’t adjustable. But truly, despite these small quirks, we're still getting so much use out of them and plan to keep them going until they eventually decide to retire.

It’s great. Bright but not overpowering and perfect for night reading. The only thing that docked it from being a 5 star is the scratches that are inside the “glass” pieces. It’s a little distracting when reading but after a bit you move past it Updating my review. I literally keep this on my nightstand or in my book and I’m not rough with my stuff and the screen is torn up. I have no idea how or why but it’s far too sensitive. I got this to see how I’d like this kind of reading light but you def get what you pay for. I’m looking for a slightly more expensive one with a more natural or warmer tone.

Battery life is okay brightness is perfect. The stability is okay. weight is great easy to use however the problem I have is that the plastic piece that you look through scratched so badly on the first two pages that I couldn't use it anymore I had to then just use it for the light and not look through the screen at reading it's not a great pic
