I live in the south and moved into a new place where I was killing at least 3-5 cockroaches every day. 🤢🤮 I tried a couple other options and didn't see any improvement. I bought this as a last ditch effort before calling an exterminator. After 2 weeks- I was only seeing a living cockroach once or twice a week, but noticed a few dead ones around the house. I've continued to use this over the last several weeks, and the problem is at least 95% resolved! I will occasional see one that made its way inside, but rearly, maybe one every 4-5 weeks.

This product is 100% effective against roaches and other insects if used properly. Follow the instructions and watch bugs disappear from your house permanently. The only thing is that it takes a couple of weeks to work because it does not kill roaches on contact, rather it sticks to their bodies and dries them out over a period of several days. During that period they go back to their nests and spread it through their colony. Within days it's stuck on all roaches in the colony and once they all die from dehydration, the colony is gone forever. This will get the roaches that you can't see or reach, as opposed to bug spray which only kills the ones that surface in your house.

I’m being generous with a four star because it’s only been down for three days . I’m still seeing roaches and I have this stuff under and behind all my furniture , appliances and in every cabinet . I just bought the house and inherited the nasty things . Hopefully this product will inevitably get rid of them

As a lot of customers pointed out, amazon seems to have trouble delivering these without them opening along the way. Was able to save it and get refunded for the accident. Also something else that has been pointed out is the nozzle not unloading well. This is also true as even I had trouble putting some out my self. It seemed the nozzle gets clogged very easily. Solution: its powder so just close the nozzle and break it up a little. Odds are its just clumping up. Now I live in a apt with neighbors who where pigs below me. They recently got evicted. So now Im basically cleaning up the after math. Along with the entire complex and landlord. Sad when 1 bad egg ruins it for everyone. I did not use sugar like others so I dont know if that would have changed the outcome or not. So far in just 1 day I noticed roaches getting into a drunk state moving slow falling over and so on. So its clear it does work. How ever I cant say if putting sugar in it would have made things faster or more effective. This review is purely based on the boric acid its self. I did not know of the sugar method before putting it down as there was nothing I seen telling me at the time. So my method may be not as good for all I know. I have never had roaches before and obviously did not know about that. These things really should point that stuff out. We are not all exterminators with years of experience. Based on the boric acid its self I give this stuff 3 stars. It works but very slowly and the delivery was not good ether. My review might be different if I knew about the sugar detail and depending on how well it works. But since I didnt at the time I cant vouch for that.

This cleared out a huge infestation. I pour it into cracks - creeks and crevices. For months (only took half the bottle) / maintenance came out and sprayed a few times but I thank this product for demolishing the infestation. My downstairs neighbors refused to use boric acid because of their “pets” - so they chose to live with roaches coming out of their outlets and blame property management. I refused to live with roaches and bought this. I don’t see roaches anymore at all.

Upon moving into a new (new to me) house, I soon discovered our 2 car garage was a haven for giant water bugs. They appeared suddenly and in huge numbers. I was terrified they would soon invade inside my home too, so I acted fast and purchased altogether maybe 12 bottles of this boric acid and every day I would keep applying to every crack, crevice, corner areas, and all along the edges of the walls inside my garage, and twice I applied the powder along the exterior walls of the whole house. If I saw one moving I would aim the powder stream to cover the bug completely and 98% of the time they would die within seconds. The 2% that survived, wouldn't survive Round 2. All in all, it took me approximately 1 month of constant applications to be assured that this nightmare was over. I highly recommend this product for it's effectiveness and it's very reasonable cost. The price quotes we got from pest control companies were outrageous and they all were insisting that you must sign up for recurring treatments to be performed every other month. Really? I wasn't wanting gardening service, or pool cleaning, so why would I pay for continuous visits? I wanted a permanent, one-time payment, pest removal solution and I got it on my own without some "professionals" assistance.
