I ordered 3 of these large resin storage containers for my backyard living area. I absolutely LOVE them!! They hold so much stuff! All the cushions and covers for the outdoor furnishings go right in with no hassle because they're in the same area and the lid has these hydraulic lifts so they stay open when they're up and close softly! They're really easy to put together too. I did it alone with no problems at all. Instructions were very simple. All the parts were there, nothing was missing. These are resin so low maintenance. The first day I assembled and filled 2 of them. Overnight it rained, but everything inside was dry! It took me about 20 minutes to put the first one together and half that time for the remaining two. I'm very happy with this purchase and I will be purchasing more. Very nice box. Sturdy but easy to assemble. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and common sense. Nice finish, has a wood grain look but solid dark brown color. Good value for the price. Looks like it would cost much more. Lid opens and closes easily with hydraulic closures.

Well, I will start by saying I purchased this box after a very BAD experience with another brand. This one is heavy duty, you can have two full sized adults sit on the top and it doesn't feel like it is about to collapse. It is STURDY. The instructions are numbered, and very easy to follow. I assembled the entire box by myself and did not require any assistance. All the parts fit together perfectly. All the holes for the screws aligned perfectly. The screws are heavy duty. Remember to tighten them up, but not like they're going into wood or steel. Make them fast, but not over-tightened so they strip out the plastic. You can tell when enough torque is enough by feel. There extra screws, something you don't see very often these days. Everything about the box is quality, and I expect it will last for a long time, probably longer than I have left. I purchased it for garden storage, tools, fertilizers, hoses and th like. It's probably three times as big as I'll ever need, but I'll probably find other stuff to fill it up eventually. So, I'm a happy camper and I do recommend that you purchase a Keter box, you will not be disappointed. I am not being influenced by anyone for this review, nor did I get it for a reduced price or get it for free. I paid my money, and I am happy I did. This storage box is definitely beefy and sturdy--the box weighed twice as much as a 70" TV delivered at the same time--and assembly is definitely easy enough for one person to do. BUT--the main reason I bought this box versus others on Amazon was the wood grain embossing on the plastic seemed to be better than other brands. However, *it is not*. The product photos are very much enhanced and do not accurately reflect the relatively shallow woodgrain appearance of the "slats". I'm keeping it because, well, it's a box for me to put stuff in. But if asthetics are particularly important to you, be warned that at the end of the day, this is a plastic box that makes a lukewarm attempt to look like wood. I'm not dumb enough to think it would pass for wood, but the appearance doesn't match the Amazon photos. ... show more

This box is easy to assemble. The 5 main pieces forming the box, minus the lid, snap together. Additionally there are 10 Phillips head screws to reinforce the corners, install the hinges and locking brackets. The instructions are crystal clear, all the plastic snap sections and screw holes line up perfectly. Took me about 45 mins to assemble and my daughter needed to hold the lid when I installed the hydraulic hinges. This is a quality product and I’m glad I opted to spend more for Keter. The only slight blemish was the lid did not lie perfectly flat and slightly raised in the middle. I put a lead acid car battery on the top on a hot day for 2 hours and the lid lies flat. Keter makes good stuff! My first purchase was their folding work table for my shop. I still use it daily after 10 years. It was a no-brainer when it was time to pick storage boxes for our pool. We bought two. After 2-1/2 years, they are still like new. Don’t make the same mistake we made. We spent extra and bought two canvas covers to protect the Keter product in the off-season. The covers dried out and fell apart after a few months. We threw them in the trash and left our boxes exposed to the elements. The Keter boxes have been exposed to extreme heat and sunlight for two years. Our pool deck gets super HOT in the Eastern North Carolina Summer sun. As mentioned before, they still look like the day we bought them. Hardware still functions as new. Would definitely buy again, but am confident I will never need to. Worth mentioning: They double as a good overflow seating spot when you have a lot of friends over for a cookout. Very sturdy. ... show more

I bought this to move my birdseed out of my Florida room due to rodent incursions. It easily holds several 40 lb. bags of birdseed, and is tall enough to hold 5-gallon buckets with room to spare. The bottom has legs that keep this box about an inch off the ground. It's gone through some wicked storms with zero leakage. That said, I can see gaps in the bottom corners, so it won't be waterproof in standing water of a couple inches or more. Very happy with this purchase. Good value, it's durable, easy to assemble (I had a senior moment and missed a step - VERY difficult to correct, so pay attention to the instructions!), and has tons of room. If I need more outdoor storage, I wouldn't hesitate to get another one! ... show more
