I really like the matte texture of this screen protector. I've used a matte screen protector from JSAUX before for my Steam Deck, so I expected it to be good quality and they definitely delivered. I think that the matte texture might not be for everyone, since it makes the screen (barely) fuzzier, but I think it's more than worth it to avoid the harsh glare you normally get from the Legion Go. Setup was easy and straightforward, maybe taking around 5 minutes max, and I appreciate all of the tools that come included in the pack. Definitely recommend looking up a quick Youtube tutorial, although if you want it's easy enough to figure out by yourself. ... show more

Last year (2025) I replaced my Steam Deck that had the anti-glare screen with a Legion Go S Steam OS. *This review is my own personal opinion. I am not affiliated with any company because I'm not motivated by money, but by quality of life experiences. The very first thing I noticed was the reflection on the screen. For months the inability to find a place to sit and game without having to constantly battle the screen position for the best view while also battling epic bosses was a constant annoyance. I kept checking for options to remedy this and found nothing. My gaming sessions were shortened due to frustration of not being able to see things well enough to enjoy my games, unless I was in a dark area, which wasn't very often. Then randomly while reading or watching some random something in the internet in relation to handheld gaming I saw this Anti Glare Screen protector and learned it was from a compan II trust and have used for products with my Steam Deck. I couldn't believe it - finally a fix that will allow me to enjoy my handheld games again! I immediately ordered it. After applying the protector, I'm back to epic boss battles, with no glare distracting me while removing me from gameplay immersion. I am winning again! Wanted a matte screen protector for my new Legion Go 2 and there aren’t many options at the moment. I know Jsaux has a good rep so I got the matte one here and this thing is amazing! It’s a good price and you get 2 in the box in case you mess up, but they also including a bubble remover and a frame to very very easily place it perfectly on the screen.     • Great, But With Caveat

Bought this for my Legion Go 2 since the original screen is a bit too reflective for my tastes (used to a Steam Deck where screen is perfectly matte). Bought this in hopes of achieving that affect while also keeping the screen protected. Unfortunately, it didn't achieve the affect I wanted to though it did reduce glare. This did do a great job of reducing glare and turning the screen more matte, but it left a very slight film grain effect on the screen. It wasn't horrible, but I felt like it was dulling the beautiful OLED screen a bit too much. After using it a few weeks I ended up taking it off and wow, did I not realize how much it dulled the screen until after I saw the OLED screen without the filter again. I ended up buying a clear one from the same company and that fit my bill perfectly. It didn't reduce the glare as much as this one and got that beautiful Steam Deck effect, but decided to just deal with it and appreciate that OLED goodness. The build quality of this (and the clear HD one) are great and the plastic installation frame is not a gimmick and it works well. Installation was easy, bubble-free, fits perfectly, and has great adhesion; no coming up at the edges. This brand is solid, I have the case from them too, so definitely recommend them - just the effect wasn't too my taste. This is a great screen protector set to protect your screens, but would pass on the matte one as it wasn't as I was hoping for. Excellent brand I'd recommend to anyone, they're a great value for the money. Though I would recommend the clear HD one instead if you have an OLED screen. ... show more

Works great! Got it for my MSI Claw 8 AI+ and it fits properly. Definitely helps with the glare without affecting the image quality. Can safely play in indirect sunlight comfortably. Fantastic screen protector, I love the matte, anti-glare finish. It does not affect the clarity at all. With my old eyes, it actually improves it. Compare the glare from my phone to this screen protector. They are slightly flexible but not thin and floppy. Gives a better touch and pen feel as well.
