The comfort and fit are the most obvious benefits. The earbuds don't penetrate into your ear canal, thus they don't hurt even after hours of usage. They sit softly on the exterior and don't move, even while I'm jogging or moving around a lot. You don't have to keep adjusting them or worrying about them slipping out. The sound quality is clean and steady, and the sound profile is perfect for music, audiobooks, and phone conversations. This is a different experience than regular headphones, but in a nice manner. The sound is all around you, yet it doesn't entirely blot out the environment. And the AI music generator makes clever playlists for me depending on what I listen to. That's really cool and current! The 30 hours of overall playing is one of my favorite things about it. The charging case rapidly fills them up and has enough power for me to use them for a whole week. It's great for trips, workouts, or simply throwing in your luggage and not worrying about charging. The IP68 waterproof grade is also very useful. I've worn these while working out, biking in the rain, and even during a light rain, and they work well. These are really made for people who are always on the go. I use these bone conduction earbuds for work calls and light walking sessions on my under desk treadmill, and they are comfortable. I have sensitive ears, so traditional in ear buds tend to cause discomfort after a while, these open-ear ones are much gentler. The sound feels soft and natural, no sudden “ouch” moments from sharp audio spikes. They are lightweight and stay in place well. For these earbuds, they don't have these booming bass or audiophile-level detail. It gets the job done. I like running and biking outside, and I usually listen to music while I do it. But most earbuds fall out when I move around too much. I got these bone conduction headphones to solve that problem, and they’ve been a good fit. They don’t go into my ears. Instead, I clip them just above, and they stay in place the whole time. They’re light and flexible, so I hardly notice them while wearing them. Even during longer runs, they don’t feel loose or uncomfortable. They’re water-resistant too, so if I get caught in the rain, I don’t have to worry. They use bone conduction to send sound, which keeps my ears open and lets me hear what’s going on around me. That’s a safety plus when I’m outdoors. I can enjoy music without blocking out traffic or people nearby. These bone conduction headphones have been awesome, especially for running or just walking outside. They don’t hurt my ears like regular earbuds sometimes do, and I can still hear what’s going on around me, traffic, people, whatever, while listening to music. The sound quality is actually really good for this style. It’s not super bass heavy like over ear ones, but it’s clear and totally good enough for workouts or everyday use. They stay in place really well and don’t feel heavy or uncomfortable, even if I wear them for a long time. The battery life is great too, I’ve used them for a few days without needing to charge. I also like that the case shows the battery level, and it’s easy to read.
