We love the bike! It’s the perfect size, an adorable style, and seems very durable. I think it was an excellent value for the price. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to build it myself with no prior experience. I was bummed that we were missing one screw, but luckily it’s one of the less important screws. I reached out to the company to ask for a replacement and they said that the did not have extras but offered to reimburse me for picking up one from the hardware store. I haven’t submitted my receipt yet but am assuming positive intent that they will follow through with that. The customer service rep I was messaging with was very friendly! ... show more
