Purchased this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. She loves it. It rides smoothly and the purple and pink colors are her favorite. With time and leaving it the bike in the sun/rain the seat started to crack. I reached out to customer service and received a response faster than expected as well as a replacement seat at no charge or shipping which seems to be holding up better already. I was very impressed with their kind response and great communication. Very happy we chose this product.

Beware Like New condition from Amazon Warehouse. It has a clear outline of what the criteria is to meet that designation. I received this with the box damaged as was stated on the description. It was obviously a return that wasn't looked over at all. It has noticeable damage to both the front tire and the brakes. It was missing a neccessary nut for the training wheels. It was shipped without all of the original protection in the damaged box. It obviously was not protected for transit. I'm adept enough with bikes I was able to fix the brakes, (pads were upside down, brakes were obviously over tightened at some point damaging a washer yet arrived loosened to the point of being completely useless) and I had an older bike to salvage from until replacement parts can be had. I did receive the bike at a lower price than a new item. I do feel like this bikes condition was misrepresented. I am displeased with the deception and extra work require for a "like new" item instead of a just generally used and abused bike.

I think this bike is great for the money, my daughter loves it, she is 3.5, she got a 14 inch, she’s about 37 inches tall and weighs 32lbs. When we first got it we had some trouble keeping the wheels inflated, contacted joystar and they sent new balloons (can’t remember what they’re called specifically) for the wheels, my husband installed them and we were off and running. They’d stay inflated for a short time so Christmas morning worked out but by the next day we had to reinflate them so I’m glad I had bought a pump at the same time I bought the bike. All in all I’d recommend this bike, I think the bike is great, the colors are great and it’s sturdy and not too heavy for my daughter. This is her first bike so she learned on this one.

The paper instruction is kind of confusing, the pictures not very helpful, so I relied on their video instead. Plus, there are some videos on YouTube that would show you how to fix or adjust the chains, and the brakes. After I finished putting it together, I realized it wasn’t that hard if the instruction was a bit clearer. The bike is cute, sturdy, the training whees are strong , and not wobbly like some others I have seen. I would buy it again.

I bought this for my 5 year old for a her birthday present. I spent a long time looking at reviews of high end and low end bikes. I was looking for a cute bike to please her, but also one that was fairly light weight and had both a pedal and hand break with training wheels. It was easy for my husband to assemble with the directions emailed to us, though one piece on the handlebars was upside down originally. It was also easy for her to jump on and ride which was the main goal. She's only ridden it a few times in the last week, but each time it has worked well and it has her excited about riding. I added on a basket and streamers as Amazon suggested, and that really sealed the deal for her aesthetically. I would recommend!

After reviewing so many kinds of bikes on Amazon I went with this one (16”, Blue). Honestly I was little hesitant(because of less number of reviews) but the only reason I went for it is because my 5 year old daughter liked the colour. But I am happy now that I chose this bike because it’s really cute, sturdy enough for kids, easy to assemble/ride and better value for money. I would definitely recommend this bike. Note: We had some issue adjusting the brake and contacted customer support. Their response was quick and they were kind enough to refund brake adjustment repair amount.

It's a very nice looking bike and rides well. Not many options out there for girl bikes with black tires. I don't have many complaints about the bike. The only thing that was slightly bothersome were the training wheels. They didn't seem to sit right on a ground with U shaped washers that go over the bolt holding back wheel in place. When removed, training wheels would get loose and shift when riding causing our daughter to almost fall off the bike. So be careful with that. Eventually we found a way to secure them properly. Instructions were not clear on that part. Other than that, our daughter is very happy with her bike.
