Bicycle arrived on promised time and was very nicely packaged. Assembly took about one- and one-half hours and was fairly easy. However, the instruction manual, in some areas, was apparently made for a different model bicycle (i.e. wheel fenders photo & assembly instructions did not match this bicycle's wheel fenders, mounting bracket for rear "red reflector" did not exist on this bicycle, Instructions for mounting of baby carrier seat were not included in the instruction manual). Fortunately, with the exception of the mounting the "red reflector", I was able to figure out the other issues. That being said, this bicycle was the highlight of my granddaughter's 6th birthday! Changing my review to 4 stars for this reason. For the price of the bike, I thought it would be better quality. The fenders came bent and had to be adjusted. It is missing the headlamp that is described in the pictures and the bell doesn’t work. I tried using customer support but the website can’t be found. Very disappointed. Bike looks great and was easy to put together. The only issue is the adjustability of the handle bar height is insufficient. With the seat in its lowest position and the handle bars at their highest, the bars are about waist high.

This bike is adorable and sturdy, but extremely difficult to assemble. The instructions are very confusing, and I have an engineers brain, but it stumped me! I'm still glad I got it because of all of the great features, from the leather seat to the baby carrier on the back and the basket on the front, the color, etc...adorable! ... show more

The hike itself is lovely, my 3yo girl fits on it well, is practicing braking with backpedaling where a balance bike doesn’t do so. The accessories are cheap. The doll seat is flimsy and the tools provided really can’t tighten the screw enough or get in there right enough to make it stable, the screw fell off loose after two days so we are currently not using it. The basket is flimsy and zip tied to the handlebars but works for small children. They both got sun bleached after two days outdoors in July. The training wheels and bike itself are great. She can reach the pedals easily and the training wheels don’t turn over easily on flat road. The poms and bell are a plus for her. ... show more

Adorable bike. Complete with extra seat for a possible stuffed animal, a pink front basket and a charming bell. Three different family members tackled the assembly. Had trouble locating the last screw because it was jammed inside a circular plastic part cover. And when I say, jammed, I mean jammed. Grandma had to heat water to make the plastic pliable to remove the stuck metal part. The child enjoys the new bike and the parents are happy the process of building is over!
