Bought as a Christmas present for my 3yo. Worked great for about 2-3 months and now my son cannot ride this bike without the chain breaking from the gears. We bought this bike for our 3 year old son, it is stable and very easy to assemble. It is a great size (14”) for him now and for him to grow into. The customer service provided by Joystar is what sets this bike apart. I emailed them a question regarding assembly and they were quick to reply and sent a very helpful response. Additionally, after some use we had some trouble with a training wheel, Joystar quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement training wheel.
