I do not recommend this product. The instructions were not understood clearly. It is not sturdy. The tool that was provided was not Sized correctly to tighten the wheels or handle bar. An overall headache 0/10 do not recommend sadly. I actually loved the accessories especially the bows for tassels on the handle bars. My 6 year old was devastated after waiting so long to ride it. As it took forever and still did not completely come together. Very usetting to know she got a pleasant surprise and didn't get to enjoy today! I put these together for Christmas presents for my twin Granddaughters. Assembly went well, with all parts fitting correctly. They come with training wheels and a basket. Price is reasonable. Best of all, the twins jumped on and rode around the patio for over an hour!

Although initially the Christmas bicycle arrived with a dented in basket and with chipped paint on the front rim, it was still a great looking bike. We had to leave the basket off. I reached out to customer service through email and was promptly responded to. They offered us $15 and a new basket. So for that, 5 stars. Plus, our granddaughter enjoys riding it.
